To place an order please contact us via telephone or email. You will then be sent an email confirming your order and payment details. Our range is currently available to view at Audio Destination and Divine Audio


We accept payments via bank transfer, Paypal, cheque or cash. To produce designs of your furniture we require a £70 non refundable deposit. This is deducted from the final price on completion of the project.


Once the designs have been approved we require a 50% non-refundable deposit which excludes delivery charges before commencement of your order.


The total outstanding balance including delivery charges must be cleared before delivery/collection commences or paid via cash upon receiving your furniture.

All items remain the property of Hold the Music until all monies are paid in full.

Lead Times:

Our average lead time is 6-8 weeks, but as all our furniture is hand made to order these times can vary. We will keep you informed of your order’s progress at regular intervals and inform you immediately of any delays.


In most cases delivery is in person, we will set up your furniture in situ for you - please contact us with your postcode for a delivery quote or you’re very welcome to collect.


Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery ie: block of flats, limited access, long distance from road to door, no parking etc.


All designs remain the property of Hold the Music and can be produced in no other workshops but our own.

Damaged/Faulty goods:

In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage at the earliest possible opportunity.


Please note that our handcrafted furniture is made from natural materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependant on its environmental conditions for which we can not be held responsible.


Please note that sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of real wood.
